Tawhirimatea

  1. Kia ora Siliva,

My name is Megan and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey team who will be commenting on your posts this summer.

Wow, I am absolutely amazed by this poem that you have created. I really like the way you have included Te Reo words to describe Tawhirimatea's creations. I have learnt so much from your poem about Tawhirimatea but also many new Te Reo words. Was this an activity you were directed to do by your teacher? What inspired you to put this together?

I was so excited to get a notification tonight that you have decided to register for the Summer Learning Journey. We have been having some great adventures this summer and I have loved commenting on many students blog posts. I will be keeping an eye out for some awesome posts on your blog.

We still have a few more days left for the Summer Learning Journey. Our adventures end on Friday the 26th January (this Friday). That is plenty of time to do a few activities and get to know the programme.

I hope you have had a great summer with your whanau. I look forward to seeing some of your activities.

    Have a beautiful day,
    Megan :)
